In some cases, teeth have been missing for many years, leading to loss of bone support. When bone resorption is significant, the first step is to reconstruct the bone (bone addition) using autologous bone, xenografts and PRF (plasma rich fibrin) in various combinations. Approximately 4-6 months after bone addition, the clinical and radiological situation is reassessed (CBCT) and dental implants can be inserted. In other situations, the loss of bone support exists, but is not so severe and dental implants can be inserted in the same session as the bone graft application, without having to wait a period of time between bone reconstruction and dental implant insertion

Their role is to restore dental aesthetics and harmonize the smile. The lifespan of dental veneers depends primarily on the material they are made of. Thus, ceramic veneers have a longer lifespan (on average 10-12 years) compared to composite veneers that need to be replaced more quickly because the material “ages” (5-7 years). Accessory or branching canals that are difficult to see with the naked eye can be identified and treated. Due to magnification and operator experience, fractured instruments from canals associated with older root canal treatments can be removed. Coronal or root fissures and fractures can also be identified

During the dental implant insertion procedure, local anesthetics are used that are effective and the patient does not feel any discomfort. Postoperatively, depending on each patient's body and the extent of the intervention, a slight discomfort may be felt, which is however kept under control with the help of analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antibiotic medication prescribed by the implant surgeon
